ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any entries not received by or on the closing date (30 June 2015) will not be accepted.
Any entry or package deposit payments not received by or on 10 July 2015 will result in the entry being cancelled.
Any outstanding membership or championship invoices as of 10 July 2015 will result in the entry being cancelled.

How to enter
Only entries from ESF member nations will be accepted. Please complete the entry form online at http://esf.tournamentsoftware.com and complete the hotel, squad order and travel forms on the championships website.

Entries can be made from 1 April 2015. The entry form must be submitted by 30 June 2015. The hotel form must be submitted by 31 July 2015 and travel forms by 31 August 2015 and the squad order form by 17 August 2014.

Closing date
The closing date for Entries is 30 June 2015.

Payment of entry fee and package deposit
This must be paid to ESF in Euros using the bank details below.
•    €213 entry fee – men’s team
•    €149 entry fee – women’s team
•    €109 package deposit per person – for all those taking part in the Championships – players / managers / coaches etc

SPIN
As specified by WSF and ESF, players must hold an active Squash Personal Identification Number (SPIN) to compete in all ESF Registered events. Players without a SPIN can register at www.worldsquash.org/spin.

Withdrawals
In the event of a withdrawal from the Championships, after the closing date, penalty fees additional to the entry fee will apply in accordance with Regulations Section A.

PACKAGES

Please refer to Section Y in the Regulations for an explanation of basic and standard packages.

Payment of entry fee and deposit covers the basic package cost. If you wish to have the standard package please make the relevant additional payment (see below) (but please remember to deduct the package deposit).

Standard Package
The price of a standard package is €103 per person per night plus a glass court levy of €10 per person per day – total €113 per person per day
Extra night (bed & breakfast, per person, twin room): €58 / night
Single room supplement: €46 per person per night

Standard package fee includes an organisational fee; welcome pack; admission to all court areas; and a final evening party / function. The standard package includes local transport (airport transfers and transportation between the venue and official hotel); accommodation in a twin-bedded room and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Payment of Package Fees
Payment of out standing balance of package fee to host must be done by 31 July 2015.
